Naturally tasty and low fat, this no cook crowd pleaser is a cinch to prepare for an impromptu patio fiesta or before the big game.

2 cans whole kernel corn drained
2 firm ripe tomatoes chopped
1 bunch green onions chopped
2 to 5 jalapeno peppers finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup feta chesse (crumbled)
Combine all ingredients, except feta, together and stir to mix well. Add feta chesse. If time permits, let flavours mingle in the fridge for 1 to 6 hours.
Serve with your favourite corn tortilla chips
